A 60cm diameter blue mandala painted in my unique design, inspired by the theme of nature!
There is nothing like a challenge to make your creativity come alive! In my local Parish of Frampton Cotterell, they are very active in awareness and education of the community in nature and climate issues. Each year they hold workshops, nature walks, and an art exhibition!
This piece was created for the exhibition, along with the smaller mandala with the hedgehogs (see another entry in the gallery). The ombre base goes from brown for the earth with the pattern of life, then into green with leaves and flowers, and then to the blue with the butterflies.
